The Role
Market Development and Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish UAV logistics networks. Develop strategies to engage target industries such as F&B healthcare real estate and education as part of the drone logistics ecosystem. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including potential drone logistics supply providers (e.g. restaurants and hospitals) and infrastructure partners (e.g. real estate developers and universities). Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure partnerships for UAV logistics services such as leasing landing zones and supply hubs. Project Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into viable operational plans. Support clients in understanding drone logistics solutions value and implementation requirements. Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with technical regulatory and operational teams to align business goals with operational capabilities. Provide market insights to inform product development and regulatory planning.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a related field. Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in business development sales or account management preferably in logistics technology or real estate sectors. Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships and closing complex deals with high value clients. Skills: Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills. Understanding UAV logistics or emerging technology ecosystems is a plus. Language Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Familiarity with the local business environment and market dynamics. Self motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast paced evolving industry.
