Job Description

Were seeking a passionate and proactive Training and Development Administrator to join our friendly People team at Geoquip Marine in Bristol. As we experience an exciting period of growth this role offers the chance to make a real impact in shaping our training and development processes.

Your impact:

Step into the core of training excellence at Geoquip Marine! As our Training and Development Administrator youll play a vital role in driving our learning and compliance strategy. From coordinating training activities and maintaining precise records to providing logistical support youll ensure the seamless delivery of impactful training programmes.

Collaborating across all levels of the organisation youll foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to professional development support departmental goals and uphold the highest standards of audit quality and compliance.

The Job:

As a key member of our team you will:

  • Maintain and update training records and learning systems.
  • Organise and coordinate training sessions materials and logistics.
  • Analyse training data to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
  • Support onboarding programmes competency assessments and training initiatives.
  • Occasionally travel offshore to deliver training directly to our crew in international locations.

The Person:

  • Experience in HR training or administration (certification is a plus).
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work offshore.
