Role Overview: As Finance Administrator you will be responsible for a range of essential financial and administrative duties supporting the smooth operation of our finance and processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bank and cashbook reconciliations
Process supplier invoices accurately and timely
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Liaise with procurement to address supplier enquiries
Execute weekly BACS runs and manage adhoc payments
Resolve invoice queries with customers and internal departments
Oversee the cylinder regeneration process
Provide general administrative support including correspondence drafting and filing
Assist with monthend processes and maintain accurate financial records
Manage departmental inboxes and handle incoming calls professionally
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Previous office experience preferably in a financerelated role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial software
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to work
