Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hotel healthcare and Hajj & Umrah sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities via networking cold calling and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to promote products and services.
- Conduct market analysis and adapt strategies to industry trends.
- Deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to enhance performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Generate performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer samples to build trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Health Services Management or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
