Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services.
- Build manage and update a comprehensive customer database.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while acquiring new customers.
- Document call outcomes and detailed customer responses.
- Maintain consistent followup with customers.
- Analyze competitors offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
- Address customer needs and inquiries.
- Provide solutions to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- Proficient in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English.
- Proven sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills.

- Confident proactive and motivated to meet and exceed targets.
