As a Sales Agent youll showcase your ability to identify and negotiate highvalue listings while cultivating and nurturing client relationships to drive sales toward successful completion.

Requirements:
Fluent in English and proficiency in another European language.(Dutch and German beneficial)
Demonstrated track record in sales with drive and determination and strong negotiation skills.

High proficiency in computer and literacy skills.
Highly presentable personality with a positive and focused mindset.
Possess a confident personable and motivational approach
Extensive knowledge of the Costa del Sol particularly Marbella and surrounding areas.
Own car and a valid Spanish driving license.
Must hold a Spanish residency permit with the right to work in Spain.
