Due to our continued successes and expansion of our Spanish business we currently have opportunities on major projects and want to talk with Project Controls Professionals with proven experience of delivery in these sectors to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the schedule development lifecycle from highlevel planning to detailed execution.
- Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the extended project management team to create schedules.
- Develop and manage the Owners schedule ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Verify that contractor schedules and reports contain all relevant scope and escalating when lacking.
- Track and summarize schedule performance (e.g. scurves critical and subcritical paths planned vs actual variance float trend start finish curves etc) providing stakeholders with clear and actionable reports.
- Develop and maintain resourceloaded schedules.
- Undertake what if / scenario analysis on schedules.
- Frequent visits to the construction site to provide team support nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a constructionrelated discipline.
- Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management.
- Skilled in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project mandatory.
- Skilled in Acumen Fuse and PowerBi is a plus.
- Experience in data centre and pharma is a plus.
- Competent in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and adept problemsolving abilities.
- Have a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development.
