- To work with Head of Operations on strategic initiatives with high impact on the company s operational efficiency.
- Lead charter on people efficiency with focus on cost and scalability.
- Setup key people processes for 100 team size around Hiring Performance Management and Training.
- Revamp manual unscalable processes in the existing system via product/process driven approach.
- Engage with existing operations team to map out key process improvements required; build SOPs execute and monitor closely till process is stabilized.
- Identify product initiatives needed to drive manless operations; jot down detailed BRDs and work closely with product team to get the products executed.
- Identify key data metrics to track and work closely with data team on execution.
- Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fastpace projects.
- Streamline hiring process with Human Resources function to enable fast paced quality hiring.
Requirements
- Energetic and Hungry individual who is willing to learn and grow with our startup.
- Ability to think and react in a highenergy fastpaced environment.
- Data and Process driven acumen.
- Prior experience in ecommerce and logistics would be preferred.
NOTE : This role is strictly work from office 6days a week (MonSat) in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
