Job Description
Teaching & Curriculum Development:
- Deliver engaging lectures seminars and laboratory sessions in physiology integrating concepts with clinical medicine.
- Develop and enhance curriculum materials in physiology ensuring they reflect the latest scientific advancements and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor students during practical labs ensuring a solid understanding of physiological processes.
- Assess student performance and provide timely constructive feedback.

Research:
- Lead independent and collaborative research projects in physiology with an emphasis on clinical or transnational research.
- Publish findings in reputable journals and present research at conferences.
- Mentor students and research fellows in their scientific inquiry and research projects.

Student Mentorship:
- Provide academic advice and career guidance to medical students.
- Supervise student research fostering critical thinking and research skills.

Requirements
Education:
- PhD in Physiology Biomedical Sciences or a closely related field.

- Experience:
- Proven teaching experience in physiology or a related field ideally in medical education.
- Strong research background with a record of publications in peerreviewed journals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
