- As a part of our Bosch Home Comfort central service unit you will work in a multicultural dynamic and multidisciplinary Service IT and Operations team in the central customer service department and have the opportunity to delve deeper into the issues involved.
- You will contribute to IT and operational activities to improve our international service organization.
- Furthermore you will support Service IT and Operations area in the preparation and rollout of a central CRM solution in eight focus markets.
- In addition you will help to align service processes across themes and work in an agile environment.
- Last but not least by supporting the team of global process owners you will gain experience in various areas such as service process management engineering and management of market and customer requirements.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of Business Administration Economics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; first experience of agile project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and CRM solutions as well as in the field of customer service is an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a diverse and multidisciplinary team; you are structured proactive and selfmotivated; a fast learner with IT affinity
- Work Routine: partially mobile working within Germany possible
- Enthusiasm: passionate about working in the customer service environment and contributing to the development of the service business willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Languages: very good in German and English
