Job Description
Tasks
- Installation and maintenance of comprehensive IT solutions for our customers in pharmacies dental and medical practices.
- Implementation of commissioning data migrations and initial hardware training.
- Performing service maintenance and repair work.
- Using your professional experience you will be a trusted advisor for our customers guiding them through the complexities of technology and the internet. You will ensure systems are perfectly installed and disruptions are resolved with minimal stress for the client.
- Starting most days from your residence you will visit the office 12 times a week to restock materials.
- Your main deployment areas will include North RhineWestphalia Hesse RhinelandPalatinate BadenWrttemberg and Bavaria with the possibility of nationwide assignments by agreement.
Requirements
- Completed technical training e.g. as an IT Field Service Technician (m/f/d) Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or System Technician (m/f/d). Career changers with a passion for IT service are also welcome!
- Professional experience in the technical field and solid knowledge of the Windows ecosystem and current hardware.
- Experience in setting up and supporting communication and network infrastructure.
- Strong customer service and solutionoriented mindset.
- Independent responsible and proactive working style.
- High flexibility willingness to travel and enthusiasm for field service work.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficient German language skills (spoken and written).
