Job Description
The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Working Student to join our team and support us in ensuring the accuracy of our Salesforce data. In this role you will assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies cleaning up records and verifying key sales data to support accurate KPI reporting. No prior Salesforce experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in cleaning up Salesforce data by identifying and resolving inconsistencies and duplicates.
- Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness for key sales KPIs.
- Investigate and fix data issues based on provided instructions.
- Document common issues and solutions to help improve data quality processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on data requirements.
- Support ongoing Salesforce maintenance tasks as needed.
What Youll Bring:
- Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelors or Masters program.
- Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
- No prior Salesforce experience requiredtraining will be provided.
- Comfortable working with data and able to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills are a plus.
- Experience in Sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; German skills are a plus.
