As a Working Student in our dynamic People Operations teams you will play a crucial role during an extraordinary timeour legal integration into SAP. WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU

• Supporting Legal Integration Projects: Take on critical data auditing tasks primarily in Workday and Box employee files ensuring completeness accuracy and compliance
• Provide handson assistance with key processes including contract management and other administrative workflows
• Partner with a forwardthinking People Operations team gaining exposure to various aspects of HR within SAP LeanIX including Payroll and Benefits
• Contribute to our data cleaning efforts as we prepare for the LEC ensuring a smooth and efficient transition

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Motivated new team member who is eager to dive into the world of People Operations with studies in HR / business administration & technology or related field
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes
• High level of discretion resilience and ability to handle strictly confidential data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently and independently
• Proactive handson attitude with business acumen
• Excellent knowledge of English German is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel and main MS Office programs
• Familiarity with HR software (Workday is a plus) and digital tools
