Who do we need
To be successful in the role you must have proven skills across planning creative and strategic thinking as well as the ability to manage accounts and account teams. You will be a strong leader with excellent writing and communications skills and an ability to translate client needs into project plans. You will also help develop and implement engagement campaigns for a variety of clients. Ideally you should have agency/consulting or related experience with a background in consumer/destination PR. You are adept at drawing upon previous sector experience to provide clients with knowledge and counsel all complemented by your sectorspecific client servicing skills and media relations with key journalists in both local and regional media.
What will you be doing
Client Relations:
Responsible for the daytoday management and oversight of your accounts the manager will take a lead role ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Be a key player in supporting the clients at events and activations.
Content development:
Develop a range of external and internal content including press releases key message documents speeches memos etc.
Assist in setting and meeting campaign measurement and evaluation criteria.
New Business:
Organic growth/project sellin from existing clients critical to this is ensuring clients are aware of our offerings and pitching services to clients wherever possible. Industry and Market knowledge:
Maintain a high understanding of clients business and work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients industries and markets
Have knowledge of the role of social media channels in PR and how to best utilize each channel to the clients benefit
Demonstrate understanding of the clients digital work and provide counsel to team on social media content and activations
Account Team Management:
Contributing guidance and ideas for the account teams to implement and develop client work
Assist in financial management for clients including supplier coordination and activity reports.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience
Arabic Communication is Mandatory
Experience from a reputed PR Agency
Wellrounded communication skills good at client servicing and media relations as well as the ability to write in a range of styles including news releases case studies features speaking points etc.
Experience in managing colleagues and teams
Experience with clients and accounts that are measurement and evaluation driven
Strong presentation skills poise and professionals
