Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for all account needs.
Develop a deep understanding of each client s business goals objectives and industry challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. sales marketing product development) to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations.
Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell relevant products or services to meet clients evolving needs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account providing regular reports and updates to clients.
Conduct periodic account reviews and performance meetings to gather feedback and discuss service improvements.
