We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and selecting toptier candidates for various positions within our organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities and recruitment agencies
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the companys employer brand
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and innovative sourcing techniques
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
