Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and selecting toptier candidates for various positions within our organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities and recruitment agencies
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the companys employer brand
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools applicant tracking systems and HR software
  • Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
