Senior Director Human Resources (HR)
The Senior Director of Human Resources plays a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. This position is crucial in overseeing the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies designed to enhance workforce engagement performance and organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices regulations and employment law.
- Proven track record in workforce planning and talent management.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics to drive datainformed decisions.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) is highly desirable.
