Job Description

Overview:


The Human Resource Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resource management and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Managing employee relations addressing employee grievances and promoting a positive working environment
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Developing and implementing performance management systems
  • Conducting training and development programs for employees
  • Managing HR budgets and resources
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Participating in the development of company policies
  • Handling employee disciplinary measures when necessary

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and performance management processes
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
