Overview:
The Human Resource Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resource management and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing employee relations addressing employee grievances and promoting a positive working environment
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Developing and implementing performance management systems
- Conducting training and development programs for employees
- Managing HR budgets and resources
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Participating in the development of company policies
- Handling employee disciplinary measures when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong understanding of recruitment and performance management processes
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
