Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Operations Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our offshore operations by ensuring that all systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and safety. This position requires a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Requirements
- Operational Support: Provide technical support to offshore operations ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including drilling maintenance and logistics to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to support decisionmaking and improve performance metrics.
- Training and Development: Assist in training offshore personnel on operational procedures and best practices to ensure high standards of performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations support role preferably within the offshore drilling or oil and gas industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
