Job Description
Open Position: Key Support Engineer (Global Equipment Provider Company)
A global equipment provider company is looking for Key Support Engineer to be based in Penang office.
Key requirements include:
Involved in machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Regional exposure with responsibility to support internally and externally on service of machine.
Give response to customer and regional calls quickly and consistently.
Provide support to sales team and provide training to internal and external customers.
Degree in Engineering.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in servicing SMT equipments.
Strong problem solving skills and basic project management skills.
Required to travel on short notice.
