Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive HR Application Support & Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for HR systems ensuring smooth onboarding processes and enhancing the overall employee experience. The role requires prior experience in HR technology support onboarding practices and a strong understanding of the IT or BPO industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Application Support:

    • Provide firstline support for HR systems and applications troubleshooting technical issues faced by employees or the HR team.
    • Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of HR tools such as attendance systems payroll platforms and employee management software.
    • Collaborate with IT teams or vendors for escalations and timely resolution of systemrelated issues.
    • Conduct regular testing and upgrades of HR systems to ensure optimal performance and usability.
    • Create and maintain user manuals training materials and documentation for HR tools.
  2. Employee Onboarding:

    • Oversee endtoend onboarding processes for new employees ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
    • Manage preonboarding documentation system access setup and new hire orientation programs.
    • Coordinate with various departments (IT Admin and Operations) to ensure onboarding readiness including workstation setup credentials and training schedules.
    • Regularly update onboarding processes to align with company goals and best practices.
  3. System Training and User Adoption:

    • Train employees and HR team members on effective usage of HR applications and tools.
    • Ensure user adoption of HR systems by identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
    • Monitor system usage to identify areas of improvement or additional training needs.
  4. Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure that all employee records documents and HR systems comply with company policies and labor regulations.
    • Generate reports on onboarding status HR system performance and support activities for management review.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 58 years of experience in HR application support HRIS management and employee onboarding processes.
  • Prior experience working in the IT or BPO industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software systems and tools (e.g. SAP Success Factors Workday Zoho People or similar).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills with the ability to resolve system issues quickly.
  • Solid understanding of employee onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in documentation reporting and user training.
  • Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
