Overview:
As a Md DNB DMRD Radiologist you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services to patients. Your expertise in medical imaging and interpretation will contribute significantly to patient care and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures such as Xrays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze and diagnose medical conditions
- Ensure highquality and accurate reporting of imaging findings
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in imaging procedures
- Provide expertise in specific imaging modalities and techniques
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases
- Assist in the development and implementation of imaging protocols
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology and medical imaging technology
- Supervise and train radiology technologists and staff
- Contribute to research activities and academic initiatives in radiology
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DNB in Radiology
- DMRD or equivalent qualification in medical imaging
- Valid medical license and board certification in radiology
- Minimum of 25 years of clinical experience in radiology
- Expertise in interpreting various imaging modalities
- Strong understanding of radiological anatomy and pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in utilizing radiology information systems and PACS
