Overview
The Radiologist MD DNB DMRD position in Deoghar Jharkhand is a crucial role within our healthcare organization responsible for diagnosing and interpreting medical images to guide treatment decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging examinations.
- Collaborate with medical teams to discuss findings and develop treatment plans.
- Supervise radiology staff and provide guidance on procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in medical imaging.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive record of all examinations performed.
- Offer consultations to referring physicians based on imaging results.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiological technologies.
- Conduct interventional radiology procedures if trained.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to policy development.
- Educate patients about imaging procedures and addressing concerns.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and seminars.
- Receive and process imaging requisitions efficiently.

- Work with IT for the efficient operation of radiology systems.
- Support and participate in research projects related to radiology.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- MD in Radiology or DNB in Radiology.
- DMRD qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in radiology.
- Proficient in using various imaging modalities (CT MRI Ultrasound).
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and pathology.
- Good understanding of radiation safety protocols.
- Experience with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in medical practice.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- A valid medical license to practice in Jharkhand.
