Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients
accounts
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts
Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities
Creating a sales pipeline while working on preidentified accounts
Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site.
Maintaining existing customers relationship management
Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business.
Answering potential client questions and followup calls
Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements
Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
