Job Description
- Job description –Senior Executive Stores
- Preferably Any Graduate / Material Management with relevant experience of 10 to 12 years’ experience and 5 yrs in Electronic components & Plastic Industry & to lead the Stores Dept
- Knowledge in Complete store operation (Electronic / Plastic Industry) Inward Outward Dispatch Sales DN/CN Sales Return RGP NRGP Customer Payment Coordination & closure
- RMPM Reconciliation Overall Unit (Factory) as well as Stores 3P Job work Locations Overall Unit Fixed Assets Moulds Machinery Spare parts Overall Unit (GAIN / LOSS ) closing stock statement with valuation Reports & Overall Unit – MIS reports
- Good knowledge in – MS OFFICE Excel Word Tally ERP (PO GRN Inventory E Invoice Eway bill Production Entry & Consumption Entry) & Overall unit MIS reports
- Should have knowledge in ISO 9000 / 18000 Documentation 5S Safety & Follow ups
- Should have Good Communication knowledge customer coordination Payment Reconciliation / follow up & Customer Portal Updation of documents.
- Knowledge in Logistics / Transport coordination & Dispatch of Finished Goods & Transport Bills closure as per trip sheets
