Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Research: Visit the market regularly to gather insights on current market trends and competitor activities.
Lead Generation: Identify and collect potential leads from the market through direct interactions with customers vendors and industry contacts.
Trend Analysis: Provide insights into trending products customer preferences and emerging market demands.
Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting personal and team sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Regular Reporting: Compile and report market trends lead generation progress and customer feedback to management.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales and marketing plans based on market insights.
Travel: Frequent market visits to collect leads conduct surveys and engage with customers directly.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product offerings and trends in the market to suggest relevant products to clients.

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Experience: 23 years of experience in sales marketing field sales or a related role.
Preferred Industry: Experience in Construction Chemicals is highly desirable.
