Position: Sales Executive Location: Assam Odisha
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customerfocused Sales Executive with strong
knowledge of industrial automation products to join our team. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with clients providing them with accurate product information and recommending appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales generating leads and offering exceptional support to our clients across various stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients ensuring longterm business partnerships.
Product Knowledge & Sales Support: Offer detailed information on product features pricing and aftersales services to clients. Demonstrate thorough technical understanding of industrial automation products including PLC SCADA RTU etc.
Solution Recommendation: Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable industrial automation solutions providing appropriate guidance for successful implementation.
Order Collection: Efficiently handle the collection of orders ensuring timely processing and smooth transactions.
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Generate new leads and develop business opportunities by targeting potential System Integrators (SIs. Actively pursue sales
growth in the automation industry. Client Visits & Product Education: Conduct visits to potential clients and educate them
on the benefits and functionality of our products tailoring presentations to client needs. Project Sales: Manage the sales of specific automation projects working closely with
clients to ensure the solutions meet their requirements and expectations. Maintain Service Quality: Ensure high standards of service quality by adhering to
company policies and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in sales particularly in industrial automation products
(e.g. PLC SCADA RTU). Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background in industrial automation systems
with the ability to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to clients in an understandable manner.
ClientCentric Approach: Ability to understand client requirements and offer effective customized solutions.
Sales Skills: Strong track record of lead generation client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
ProblemSolving: Ability to identify customer needs and solve issues effectively with product knowledge and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electrical Electronics or a related field (preferred). Experience in industrial automation or a similar technical field is highly desirable. Familiarity with System Integrators (SIs) and project sales in the industrial automation
space is a plus. Required Experience: 3 to 10 Years in industrial automation.
