As a Sales Operations Specialist youll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing sales data refining sales processes and supporting strategic initiatives. Youll work closely with sales leadership and crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales performance.
What youll be doing:
Design document and implement efficient sales processes identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
Oversee the management and integrity of sales data within the CRM ensuring accurate and actionable reporting.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends forecast sales and support strategic decisionmaking.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks training materials and process guides.
Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute strategies for pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
Ensure the sales team has the tools and resources needed to close deals effectively.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Account Management etc.) to ensure the sales team has uptodate business and process information.
Partner with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and organize targeted training programs to support team development.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
35 years of experience in sales operations sales management or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and develop actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in process improvement and project management.
Native Hungarian speaker with strong communication skills in English.
Bonus points if you have:
Knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
Experience with sales enablement tools and software.
