What you will do:
Handling inbound inquiries of clients via calls chat and support tickets.
Understanding the clients requirements and their needs.
Preparing and sending quotations to the customers.
Strong followup with clients via calls chat and support tickets.
Aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Organizing sales visits or online demos with the clients.
Converting Leads to Deals.
CrossSell and Upsell products/services to existing clients.
Call clients for new requirements company offers etc.
Generating sales leads and converting them to sales.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements
Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.
06 months work experience in Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer service skills
Proficient in working with Computers and MS Office
Should be a Proactive communicator.
