Freelance Opportunity: L2 IT Support Engineer
Are you an IT professional with expertise in providing exceptional technical support We re looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to deliver topnotch service and resolve IT issues in a fastpaced hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for mobile devices including iPhones iPads and Android platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear professional communication.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Document troubleshooting steps and processes in detail.
- Maintain organization and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with at least 2 years in a hybrid Windows and Mac environment.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhone iPad Android).
- Experience with helpdesk operations and remote support tools.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tools and system configuration in both Windows and Mac ecosystems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Professional demeanor and excellent problemsolving skills.

Windows 10/11 and macOS, hardware support, Microsoft Office Suite, Intune, networking.
Education
Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Desktop Administrator Associate.
