Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for mobile devices including iPhones iPads and Android platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear professional communication.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Document troubleshooting steps and processes in detail.
- Maintain organization and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with at least 2 years in a hybrid Windows and Mac environment.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhone iPad Android).
- Experience with helpdesk operations and remote support tools.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with administrative tools and system configuration in both Windows and Mac ecosystems.

- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Education
