We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying reproducing and analyzing issues in source code and database structures. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our applications and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download and analyze source code to reproduce and diagnose reported issues.
- Investigate bugs in C# code and SQL database tables.
- Document problem resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to thirdlevel support when necessary.
- Refer to application documentation including descriptions of common problems to facilitate issue resolution.
Qualifications :
MustHave Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading and understanding source code in objectoriented and scripting programming languages.
- Preferred languages: C# .NET PowerShell.
- Preferred tools: Microsoft Visual Studio Microsoft Visual Studio Code
- Expertise in SQL programming language for database analysis and troubleshooting.
- Preferred databases: Microsoft SQL Server MySQL.
- Preferred tools: Microsoft SQL Management Studio DBeaver.
