Job Title: Technical Operations Associate Engineer
Location: Thane India Hours: Fulltime (Rotational basis)
Job Purpose:
You will play a key role in providing IT support for our teams globally. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues supporting various IT systems and working collaboratively with the global IT team to ensure smooth operations across multiple regions.
Job Duties:
Provide firstlevel technical support via phone email or a ticketing system for endusers across the company.
Troubleshoot basic hardware software and networkrelated issues.
Assist in setting up new computers accounts and IT equipment for employees.
Assist with server and network configuration monitoring and maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and peripheral devices.
Document issues resolutions and update tickets in the tracking system.
Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
Qualifications
12 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
Strong understanding of Windows macOS and basic networking concepts.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Skills Required
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced global environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours to provide support to teams across different time zones.
Proactive detailoriented and committed to problemsolving.
Working Conditions:
This position is full time in office based in Thane India. Requiring 5 days a week in the office.
