Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

LOCATION: Nigeria

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Fully Remote

SALARY BUDGET: $500 $1000

EXPERIENCE LENGTH: 57 years


SUMMARY

We seek an ambitious and experienced B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in SaaS sales to join our expanding team. In this role you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by fostering relationships with enterprise clients uncovering new business opportunities and delivering customized SaaS solutions that meet their specific needs.

This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales cycles especially within the SaaS industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and Engage Prospects: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research networking and outbound sales strategies.


Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with decisionmakers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how SaaS solutions address their needs.


Consultative Selling: Conduct indepth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs highlighting value propositions and ROI.


Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure ensuring timely followups and professional communication.


Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into longterm clients.


Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.


Market Insights: Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.


CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads prospects and client interactions in the CRM system ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility.



Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 3 years specializing in SaaS sales.


Strong knowledge of the enterprise technology landscape particularly SaaS solutions.


Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fastpaced environment.


Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.


Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.


Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.


Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Master s degree is Education
