Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated smart and presentable female Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service and has an interest in building materials specifically ceramics and other related products. As an Indoor Sales Representative you will assist clients in selecting products provide expert advice on our offerings and meet sales targets within our showroom. This position requires a customeroriented individual who can maintain professionalism and foster longterm client relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their selection of ceramic and building materials understanding their needs and guiding them through product options.
- Provide detailed information on product features advantages benefits and applications.
- Stay informed about the latest products trends and developments in the building materials and ceramics industries.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing showroom with products properly displayed.
- Ensure accurate pricing product availability and promotions are communicated to customers.
- Process sales transactions and handle payment collections efficiently.
- Offer exceptional aftersales support and promptly resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Must be smart presentable and wellgroomed with a professional appearance.
- Strong communication skills and a customerfocused attitude.
- Prior indoor sales experience (23 years) preferably in the building materials ceramics or related industries.
- Indepth knowledge of ceramic products their specifications and applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Resultsoriented with the drive to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Positive attitude reliable and proactive in all aspects of work.
