Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Walsall to assist with the appointment of an Assurance Lead Officer on a 6month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 161.65 203.73 per day
Responsibilities:
- Oversee CQC readiness preparations ensuring compliance with all assessment requirements and quality standards
- Conducting case file audits.
- Developing and implementing improvement plans.
- Driving workforce development initiatives for internal and external staff
- Manage the Quality Assurance team ensuring effective delivery of qualityrelated objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and assessment requirements.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within Adult Social Care.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deliver strategic qualityfocused initiatives.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
