We are looking for a talented and motivated Paid Social Lead to take charge of developing planning and executing effective paid social strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. This role is ideal for a creative datadriven professional who thrives on understanding audiences and delivering impactful campaigns informed by insights and innovation. Youll also play a key role in mentoring team members fostering their growth and ensuring optimal campaign outcomes.
As a central member of the digital team youll collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and junior colleagues to deliver outstanding client experiences and establish industryleading practices in paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Plan manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the paid social teams performance providing mentorship setting clear KPIs and maintaining highquality deliverables.
Partner with clients to establish KPIs for campaigns monitor performance against goals and build strong working relationships.
Conduct competitor research and leverage insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in pitches performance calls and detailed reporting to build trust and confidence with clients.
Support and guide team members to enhance their contributions and expertise.
Stay current with social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches into campaign strategies.
Regularly review and optimize campaigns to ensure exceptional results.
Deliver advertising plans backed by data and industry insights to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
45 years of experience in paid social or a related digital marketing discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta LinkedIn and TikTok.
Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on interpreting data and making datadriven decisions.
A proactive selfmotivated attitude toward learning and professional growth.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to foster client confidence and longterm relationships.
Passion for digital marketing combined with a solutionsoriented mindset.
Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
