This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our WhitwellontheHill office. Due to the beautiful remote location access to your own transport is essential. This is a fulltime position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: 60 80K bonus
About the role:
As Digital Transformation Lead you will have a critical role to play in enhancing both the digital capability of the people and business to ensure that we meet our ambitious growth targets. Embedding a truly digital first mentality is key to our success and this role represents our commitment to this. Weve kicked off a number of business wide tech projects that you can take a lead on as well as having freedom to make recommendations and drive new projects and initiatives as you come to understand our customer journey and competitive position in depth.
In many ways we are at the start of our digital transformation journey and so this role is integral to ensuring that Inntravel capitalises on the chance to build a great digital customer experience to support our awardwinning holiday proposition.
The role will work closely with our marketing team who retain ownership of the ecommerce budget and also play a significant role in the overall leadership of the business help ensure we hit our targets and ensure we maintain our exceptional customer service scores and employee engagement.
- Drive all our digital technologies to enhance our marketing processes operations product management and customer experience.
- Lead the development and execution of our digital transformation and ecommerce strategies which create real business value and enhance our competitive positioning including defining short and longterm goals identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through developing and managing online sales channels leveraging datadriven insights and implementing strategies to optimise conversion rates average order value and customer retention.
- Oversee the selection implementation and optimisation of ecommerce platforms ensuring they meet business requirements enhance user experience and support scalability and flexibility.
- Identify evaluate and implement digital technologies and solutions to streamline operations automate processes and enhance productivity across functions such as ERP systems CRM platforms AI IoT and cloud services.
- Harness the power of data analytics and business intelligence to derive actionable insights inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement in performance customer engagement and profitability.
- Champion the enhancement of digital customer experiences across all touchpoints including websites mobile apps social media and customer service channels to deliver personalised seamless and engaging interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across IT Marketing Sales Product Operations and Finance to align digital initiatives with business objectives prioritise investments and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation encouraging creative thinking risktaking and learning from failures to drive breakthrough digital solutions and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of digital transformation efforts regularly reporting results to senior leadership and stakeholders and making adjustments as needed.
- Establish governance frameworks policies and standards for digital initiatives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements data privacy security best practices and ethical considerations.

We are looking for someone with a blend of leadership technical ability and change management expertise to spearhead our digital transformation.
- Proven experience in digital leadership roles with a track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing highperforming teams.
- Indepth knowledge of ecommerce platforms technologies and best practices with experience in platform selection implementation and optimisation.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies CX trends and best practices across industries with handson experience in digital strategy development technology integration and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive business results.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset creative problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and driving results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
