We are seeking an experienced and driven Paid Search Lead to take charge of planning developing and executing paid search strategies across platforms such as Google and Bing. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement paid search strategies to achieve client objectives.
Manage all aspects of paid search accounts including campaign setup structure keyword optimization ad copy testing and continuous improvement.
Monitor and allocate daily budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
Perform indepth competitor research and analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
Optimize campaigns regularly to ensure toptier results for clients.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and digital team to deliver seamless campaigns and maintain strong client partnerships.
Mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering their professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and help establish innovative processes within the team.
Build strong client relationships by presenting comprehensive advertising plans performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
45 years of experience in paid search or related digital marketing fields.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive attitude toward selfimprovement and staying ahead of industry trends.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to build client trust and confidence.
Experience in an agency environment is preferred but not required.
