Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team in San Francisco California. As a Sales Manager in our ecommerce division you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with our corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales team in targeting enterprise accounts and achieving ambitious sales targets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ecommerce and who can contribute to our innovative approach to sales in a competitive B2B landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the enterprise market.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major corporate accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance sales efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
  • Monitor teams performance and provide ongoing feedback and training.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 320 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in enterprise sales with a focus on large corporate accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
