Location: Remote & Fieldbased

Hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm

At Adams Limitless we re teaming up with an industry leading Manufacturing construction safety company to find a driven Regional Sales Manager. This isn t just a sales role it s a chance to make a real impact by being the goto safety expert onsite. If you have experience in B2B sales ideally in the safety industry wed love to chat!

Your Day to Day includes:

Your role is critical to the organization and will prove pivotal in the continued growth of our clients product lines. This position requires a selfdirected forwardthinking and energetic person who is results oriented and capable of professional and detailed follow through.


The delivery of Personal monthly Sales target.
Attend customer sites for surveys for quotation purposes.
Produce quotations from customers enquiries / drawings based on relevant design standards
Set up plan and present product lines to owners architects engineers and contractors that could potentially use our products
Collaborate with the inside sales and project team on orders and projects
Problem solve shipping credit and logistic issues that inhibit meeting customer ship date requirements
Utilize webbased tools to track construction projects to create new sales
Perform research and market analysis to assist in new product creation and higher win percentages against competition
Update customer/prospect/lead database with outreach activities and new contacts
Develop targeted and focused marketing campaigns on specific niche markets in your given territory
Identify indirect sales opportunities potential markets and partners to generate sales
Take lead with followup on prospects/leads generated by company advertising referrals and telephone communications with the goal to achieve and exceed annual business sales goals
Assist in the preparation of quotations for all product lines
Perform other specific tasks as requested by the VP Sales & General Sales Manager.


Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

    4 Years of B2B Sales Experience : Proven experience closing deals and developing client relationships directly to end users.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Confident clear and capable with both written and verbal skills.
  • SelfDriven & Energetic : Goaloriented and motivated to exceed targets.
  • Adaptable & Proactive : Comfortable adapting to the dynamic needs of a fastgrowing industry.
  • TechSavvy : Familiarity with CRM tools and online project tracking.
  • Physically Ready for the Job : Willing to climb ladders on commercial sites safety first!
