As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be at the forefront of bridging technical expertise with sales execution. Youll collaborate closely with customers sales teams and internal engineering teams ensuring alignment on goals and priorities while driving satisfaction growth and trust.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead DevOpsrelated presales and postsales activities including proofofconcept development technical onboarding and managing change requests.
- Take ownership of technical relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and driving growth.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders facilitating seamless communication across departments.
- Prioritize and manage technical tasks effectively to meet customer and business needs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex DevOpsrelated challenges maintaining high operational standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years in a technical role such as DevOps Solutions Engineering or Technical Project Management.
- Indepth knowledge of DevOps principles and infrastructure setups.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language e.g. Python or Bash.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills for resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to inspire confidence and align teams on priorities and goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver tailored solutions meeting both technical and business needs.
- Knowledge of internet topology and internet transport mechanisms (nice to have).
- Familiarity with carriergrade network structures and routing protocols (nice to have).
