Job Description
We want a lead engineer who is keen on solving a very hard namely to build a 1stop shop for confidential cloud computing and confidential AI. We are looking for a passionate resultsoriented and selfdriven leader to lead the development of the Enclaive multicloud platforma onestop console for purchasing managing and provisioning workloads in the most secure cloud ecosystem available. Our platform ensures that workloads remain entirely private even from cloud providers themselves. By doing so we are revolutionizing the cloud computing landscape restoring control data sovereignty and business privacy to our customers while still delivering the benefits of scalability flexibility and elasticity that cloud computing offers. As part of the team youll be working with cuttingedge cloudnative security technologies. In fact the product you develop with the team is at the forefront of confidential cloud and AI allowing you to leave a huge footprint in the engineering community. Our teams mission statement is to provide anything that is possible to make the dream of computation over encrypted data become real. This role is a great opportunity for those who want to have a real impact both within the company and in the developer community at large and support the launch of products that are used and loved by hundreds of thousands of developers and devops worldwide.
Tasks
What youll be doing
- Work closely with the CTO/CPOon new product features
- Oversee the full lifecycle of vHSM product development including continuous deployment testing integration and documentation.
- Leading and mentoring a team
- Advocate for the product at conferences meetups podcasts and community events.

Requirements
What youll add to enclaive
- 8 years of software development experience ideally in the development of cloudnative applications or key management solutions
- Proven ability to deliver and support software used by hundreds or thousands of users
- Familiarity with the cloud native community
- Strong work ethics demonstrated through your commitment integrity and ability to deliver
- Experience in leading software development teams
- A passion for lifelong learning particularly in the cuttingedge field of confidential computing and AI
