Location: Remote (Only within Bulgaria) / Hybrid Option Available / Option for Relocation to Sofia

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated GermanSpeaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in the sports industry. This role offers flexibility with the option to work remotely from anywhere within Bulgaria or a hybrid setup. Additionally if you prefer to work in an office environment there is an option to relocate to Sofia and join us in person. You will be supporting our Germanspeaking customers in both German and English helping them with their queries regarding our sportsrelated products and services. Previous experience in customer service or the sports industry is an advantage but not required. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary equipment for you to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide topquality service to our customers via phone email live chat and other communication channels. Answer inquiries regarding product details order status shipping returns and general information about our sports products.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively address and resolve customer issues or complaints ensuring each customer has a positive experience. Strive to turn each challenge into a solution that enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer detailed information about our sports products including specifications usage instructions availability and promotions. Help customers make informed decisions based on their individual needs.
  • Order Assistance: Guide customers through order tracking modifications cancellations and any paymentrelated issues. Ensure smooth communication and resolution of any orderrelated problems.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback regarding their experience and suggest improvements to help enhance service products and the overall customer journey.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring that all actions are tracked and followed up as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside other departments such as logistics marketing and sales to resolve customer inquiries and enhance the customer experience across the company.
  • Ongoing Learning: Stay uptodate with product developments and industry trends. Engage in continuous training and professional development to provide the best customer service possible.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:

    • German at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
    • English at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to express information clearly and professionally.
  • Experience:

    • Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Interest or experience in the sports industry is a plus though not required.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with customer service platforms and CRM systems is an advantage but not essential
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies.
  • ProblemSolving Skills:

    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities to effectively manage customer issues
    • Ability to handle customer challenges with empathy and professionalism.
  • SelfMotivation:

    • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
