Job Title: Customer Advisor (PolishSpeaking) Remote/Hybrid (Bulgaria)

Location: Remote (within Bulgaria) / Hybrid (Sofia Bulgaria relocation assistance available)

This is a remote position for individuals located in Bulgaria with an option to work in a hybrid model from Sofia if preferred. Relocation assistance will be provided for those interested in transitioning to hybrid work.

Role Overview:

As a PolishSpeaking Customer Advisor your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support to our Polishspeaking customers. You will assist with inquiries guide customers through product details manage orders and resolve issues efficiently. While prior experience in customer service is an advantage we are equally excited to consider candidates who are eager to learn and passionate about sports.

This role is designed for individuals residing in Bulgaria and offers the flexibility of working remotely. For those preferring a hybrid work setup we will offer relocation support to Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver exceptional customer service to Polishspeaking clients through email phone and live chat addressing inquiries offering product details and troubleshooting issues.
  • Product and Service Guidance: Assist customers in understanding product features help with the purchasing process and manage postpurchase inquiries including returns or exchanges.
  • Resolving Issues: Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and FollowUp: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ensuring thorough documentation within our CRM system for future reference and followup.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales logistics technical support) to ensure customers receive timely and accurate solutions.
  • Ongoing Learning: Continuously update product knowledge industry trends and internal processes to deliver topnotch customer support.
  • Customer Insights: Collect feedback from customers to help identify service or product improvement opportunities contributing to the overall success of the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (B2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required. We value candidates who demonstrate a passion for helping others and have a willingness to learn.
  • ProblemSolving: The ability to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively and with empathy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic skills in using customer service tools CRM systems and other software; full training will be provided.
  • Sports Passion: A genuine interest in sports is highly valued as it will enhance your ability to connect with and support our customers.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing changing customer needs or priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
