Position Overview:
We are looking for a PortugueseSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in the sports industry. This is a remote position available exclusively for individuals based in Bulgaria. If you prefer a combination of working from home and in the office a hybrid work model is also an option. Additionally there is the opportunity for relocation to Sofia if you prefer to work in a physical office environment. In this role you will assist customers in both Portuguese and English answering questions and resolving issues related to our sports products and services. Previous experience in customer service or the sports industry is beneficial but not a requirement. We provide all necessary equipment and comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to Portuguesespeaking customers via phone email live chat and other channels. Assist with inquiries regarding our sports products orders shipping returns and other customer needs.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently working to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction. Strive to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our sports products and services. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product details availability features and promotions.
- Order Management: Help customers with various aspects of order management including tracking modifications cancellations and paymentrelated inquiries. Ensure seamless and efficient order processing.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback regarding their experience with our products and services. Provide insights to help improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions in the CRM system ensuring proper followups and documentation of all communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as logistics marketing and sales to ensure that customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively. Foster a collaborative approach to customer service and companywide goals.
- Ongoing Learning: Continuously expand your knowledge of product updates industry trends and company processes. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and provide the best possible service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Language Skills:
- Proficient in Portuguese at a B2 level (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a clear friendly and professional manner.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- An interest in or familiarity with the sports industry is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with customer service platforms or CRM systems is a plus but not essential
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software tools.
- ProblemSolving Skills:
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving problems in a calm and effective manner.
