Job Description
Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Representative
Location: OnSite
Position Overview: Join our team as a Dutch Customer Service Representative where youll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Dutch and Englishspeaking clients. Your role will involve managing inquiries and resolving customer issues effectively.
Working Hours:
- Day Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 8:00 PM
Contract Details:
- Type of Contract: Fixedterm (CDD) for 6 months
- Salary: 4000 BGN gross per month
- Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary with performance incentives.
- Additional benefits may include meal allowances and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective customer support via phone email and chat.
- Resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in both Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
- Preferably has previous experience in customer service.
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced work environment and multitask efficiently.
