About the Role
As our Customer Support Assistant youll be the central point of communication for our customers representing our dedication to service excellence. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email live chat social media and inbound phone calls.
- Resolving customer questions issues and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customer service breakdown: 9095% email & chat support 510% inbound calls.
What Were Looking For
Key skills and qualifications to help you succeed:
- Fluency in spoken and written German (required).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sports (wed love to hear about your passion!).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong typing skills.
- Strong organizational analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
- Positive teamoriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bonus: Prior experience in customer serviceadvantageous but not required.
