We are seeking a passionate and customerfocused GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in the sports industry. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with an option for hybrid work within Bulgaria. As a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor you will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative company that values excellent customer service and an active lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German (minimum B2 level) and have proficiency in English (B2 level). Previous experience in customer service or the sports industry is beneficial but not mandatory. We provide full training and support to help you excel in this role and all necessary equipment will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to our Germanspeaking customers via email phone live chat and other communication channels. Provide guidance on product features order details shipping returns and general inquiries related to the sports products and services we offer.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional empathetic and timely manner. Ensure customers feel heard and valued aiming to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our sports products including their specifications usage availability and promotions. Help customers make informed decisions by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.
- Order Assistance: Support customers with order tracking modifications cancellations and issues related to payments and deliveries. Ensure that all customer queries are addressed efficiently.
- Customer Feedback: Actively seek and collect feedback from customers regarding their experiences product preferences and service satisfaction. Share insights with the team to help improve products processes and the overall customer experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company CRM system. Ensure that followups and issue resolutions are tracked and communicated to relevant teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as logistics marketing and sales to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth endtoend customer journey.
- Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with product updates promotions and industry trends. Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge about the sports industry and customer service best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
- German (minimum B2 level written and spoken)
- English (minimum B2 level written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly professional manner.
- Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- An interest or background in the sports industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with customer service platforms CRM systems and communication tools is beneficial
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
