Job Description
Position: Social Media Manager
Work Hours (Client): 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PST must be amenable to schedule changes as needed in a startup environment
Holidays : Unlimited PTO
Pay Range: $900 $1500/month PH Search (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our firm’s and our executive team’s social media initiatives across multiple platforms. In this role you will be responsible for helping plan content manage social media campaigns and create marketing materials that align with our brand and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends the ability to manage multiple accounts and the creativity to deliver engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Develop and implement a strategic content plan for social media channels.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
- Oversee multiple accounts including LinkedIn X Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and design marketing materials for social media posts advertisements and campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media metrics providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay uptodate with social media trends tools and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of social media management experience preferably in crypto tech or a fastpaced startup environment.
- Knowledge of Crypto/Web3: Strong understanding of blockchain technology crypto trends and the Web3 community is a HUGE PLUS
- Experience handling different types of social media platforms such as LinkedIn X Instagram and TikTok
- Strong understanding of platformspecific content strategies and audience engagement.
- Experience with Social Media Management tools
