Job Description
- Manage the recruitment process for highvolume hiring including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates for nonIT projects.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies procedures and laws
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 01 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a highvolume hiring environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
